Once again Wingate had their annual day of giving and volunteering. Classes are cancelled for the day and the whole community is invited to participate in something like 30 different service projects. We took the opportunity to join Dad on campus to see if there was any ways we could help out..
First we made some packages for Bright Blessings (who serves homeless children in the area), but there were so many volunteers that they ran out of supplies pretty quickly!
So then we strolled over to the arena to help make blankets for kids. Family Teamwork!
