We took the scenic routes -- sometimes on purpose, sometimes because traffic was too bad on the main roads -- up through several states over the last couple of days en route to Maine. It is fun traveling with this crew now.... We heard a lot of "Sound of Silence," "Hey Jude," and "Let it Be," as the boys worked on their harmonizing, and we laughed a lot at their wise alecky comments. There were a few harrowing moments when we found ourselves going 20 mph for miles on end, but then we were rewarded with the cutest little Connecticut town for dinner, and soon thereafter a BEAR sighting as it crossed the road in front of us. Fun travels!
