About 25 minutes from here lies the town of Volant. I had been there with some friend decades ago and remembered it as a charming little town with some antique shops and boutiques, but was certain it would have changed by now. It hasn't.
It's still cute and charming! We found all kinds of little treasures, including Amish-made foods and a side table for our living room.
A fun afternoon adventure!
