The end of my trip was also full of gorgeous architecture and enchanting walks.... and also the most dramatic bit of it all, which was a covid complication. Nevertheless, I made it home (healthy) and it was a really great trip. (No jet lag even! It turns out it's much easier to avoid jet lag when you're not traveling with children who will wake you up at all the odd hours.)
