The main reason for my trip was to visit with my friend Heather, who has lived there for several years now. It was good to be able to see her in her natural habitat! Our big adventure was to hike the coastal path from Anstruther (her village) to Pittanweem, the next village over. So picturesque! It was rather windy, but pleasant all the same.
