Part 2 of "Family Reunion Week:" Wray Edition

The day after our gang arrived home from the Frank Family Reunion in Ohio, we headed up to Highland Creek for a Wray Family Reunion! John, Keiko, and baby Sammy-Kawika were in town, so we were all eager to get together.

I've now posted a ton of pictures below, so I made them all a little smaller. If you want to enlarge them, (Mor-Mor) just click on each one (I think).

Baby S-K made his debut in fine form! At the Drescher's house, one of the big highlights was riding the zip line. Young and old all enjoyed it... Keiko's mom insisted this was a dream come true for her (there apparently is not much room in Japan for zip lines). And then it was time to put on the boots and go down to the creek!

That night, all of the adults (except me) got together at Dan and Amy's house for some quieter, less active time. There was something called Juicey Deuce on-hand that "spirited" some lively discussion, though...

The next day, we all convened at Nonna and Poppa's for a very fun, relaxing Sunday afternoon and evening. Their house was the perfect setting for such a crowd. And it is really feeling like a crowd these days. It seems like the little boys and babies are multiplying at rabbit-like rates. There were boys everywhere...

And I didn't even get any pictures of Titus or Addie (who is the lone girl in the under 3-feet tall group)!

The entertainment that afternoon was of the finest we've seen. First we were treated to some music by "the band:"

...who certainly had the coolest costumes of any band I've ever seen.

And then we played some "Minute to Win It" games. John had found some ideas online, based on a TV show, and the activities were great fun for everyone.
The kids got to play...
...and the adults were challenged as well!
In this particular game, contestants were supposed to put a Cheerio on their foreheads and slide it down to their mouths, without using their hands. Very funny to watch.

So, it was lovely weekend with the whole gang. And my kids have officially seen all 4 of their grandparents, all 14 of their aunts and uncles, and all 16.5 of their cousins in a span of a week. Whew! Blessed indeed.
