She must have been talking to John. He doesn't think it's cold. I have been trying to 'hide' all his short-sleeve shirts. He keeps finding them. Seems that if you wear a s/s and then put on a down vest it might be cold. But that's just me.

My daughter would do this! I've bought lots of leggings and thick, wooly tights for her to wear under dresses this time of year.
