Paying it forward
Back in April of 2008,
this little boy was a victim of walk-by graffiti.
Though he kept his cheery demeanor, he began to wonder if someday he would be lucky enough to pay it forward...
And now, after months and months of patient waiting, hoping, and praying, the little boy, now a slightly bigger boy, has found the perfect recipient of his own version of walk-by graffiti.... an unsuspecting, even undeserving smaller fellow...
Although the slightly bigger boy may have desired to perserve his anonymity in this kindness of paying it forward, he was quite certainly caught red-handed.... er, green-handed.

Oh Amy, I so needed that laugh tonight! Thanks.
ReplyDeletePoor Miles! Maybe one day he will have the opportunity to pay it forward as well.... :-)
ReplyDeleteMiles is the cutest thing ever.
ReplyDeleteWhen Libby was about 6 months old, Caedmon decided she needed a mustache - black crayon on the upper lip! (I'm so thankful for washable crayons and markers... Thank you, Crayola!) To this day, I wish I had a camera within arm's reach when that happened. However, Tom didn't seem to happy with the situation so I figured I shouldn't go looking for it. Alas...
